With 3 bedrooms this penthouse is the place to be for families with children, bigger groups or business travel. One minute from Vauxhall tube station, close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. It is perfect for getting around the cites of the city.

The space
Guests have three separate and spacious modern bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen includes a big refrigerator, coffee machine, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry machine (with dryer) if they wish to use so.Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 10 adults. 6 people in the bedrooms and the living room offers two very comfortable convertible sofa beds which are perfect for two people each.

- Linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays
Guest access
You will have the apartment for yourselves thereafter but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.Other things to note
* Please note that due to the apartment proximity to public transportation there might be higher noise levels.** Please note that A/C is extremely rare in London and the unit does not offer A/C. Cooling fans can be provided for additional guest comfort.
**Please note: the building has elevator but occasionally it malfunctions. In the rare case when this happens you agree you are not entitled to a refund.
The elevator's maximum capacity is 3 people with 3 suitcases.

- Important Notes:- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- The building offers an elevator. In the unlikely event it malfunctions and is not operational I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

Great apartment right next to vauxhall station, easily gain access to any part of london, not fully quiet due to trains nearby but London never sleeps anyway! Would highly recommend
Super nice, responsive, and friendly host. The flat is spacious and located in a great area.
Vi var 10 venner som bestille denne leiligheten helt i siste liten. Veldig fin, renslig og god beliggenhet. Litt støy fra toget men ellers bra sted. Vi hadde også god kontakt med verten under hele oppholdet. Ville anbefalt leiligheten.
Overall our stay was great and the terrace and easy access to transportation was a huge plus. The host kept in contact and was always available for questions. The apartment did have a mice and ant problem and was the only downside.

Great host and a really nice place. Suited the 8 of us perfectly. Comfortable pillows and beds. Well equipped kitchen for our needs.

Alexander's place it's ok. The location is perfect to visit the city using the public transport system.
inside there is plenty of space for big groups but the bathroom needs some maintenance.
