The space
This large 3 bedroom penthouse has tons of space, 3 full bathrooms, and is comfortably furnished for everything you need. It can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with the convertible sofa bed.Enjoy the rooftop deck where you can have great views of London or head out to the town. You can easily access all major attractions via the Tube or London Buses, or enjoy the local sites as well including the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens park with their animal farm.

House Rules
- Important Notes:- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Great apartment right next to vauxhall station, easily gain access to any part of london, not fully quiet due to trains nearby but London never sleeps anyway! Would highly recommend
Super nice, responsive, and friendly host. The flat is spacious and located in a great area.
Vi var 10 venner som bestille denne leiligheten helt i siste liten. Veldig fin, renslig og god beliggenhet. Litt støy fra toget men ellers bra sted. Vi hadde også god kontakt med verten under hele oppholdet. Ville anbefalt leiligheten.
Overall our stay was great and the terrace and easy access to transportation was a huge plus. The host kept in contact and was always available for questions. The apartment did have a mice and ant problem and was the only downside.

Great location. Great Communication. Do be aware that elevator may not work and it's 6 flights of stairs. I wouldn't book this place if that's unmanageable for you.

Great host and a really nice place. Suited the 8 of us perfectly. Comfortable pillows and beds. Well equipped kitchen for our needs.

Alexander's place it's ok. The location is perfect to visit the city using the public transport system.
inside there is plenty of space for big groups but the bathroom needs some maintenance.

Alexander was extremely communicative and helpful…even gave recommendations on where to leave our luggage before checkin time. Great, clean place right next to the subway station. Would stay here again for sure
Our stay was great, the location was very close to the underground which made travel a breeze. There was also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores available for food and drinks.
