Overlooking the infamous Thames river and the MI6 central, with a stunning rooftop patio, this apartment will make you feel perfect in London!
With 3 bedrooms this penthouse is the place to be for families with children, bigger groups or business travel. One minute from Vauxhall tube station, close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. It is perfect for getting around the cites of the city.

The space

Guests have three separate and spacious modern bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Two of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen includes a big refrigerator, coffee machine, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry machine (with dryer) if they wish to use so.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 10 adults. 6 people in the bedrooms and the living room offers two very comfortable convertible sofa beds perfect for two people, each.

** Please note that A/C is extremely rare in London and the unit does not offer A/C. Cooling fans can be provided for additional guest comfort.

For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Elevator might malfunction and in the unlikely event it is not working I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé dans Londres, à 1 minute du métro ! L'appartement est très spacieux, il y a deux suites, une autre chambre et un salon pouvant accueillir très convenablement d'autres voyageurs. Nous avons adoré le toit, l'accès est à 1 mètre de la porte d'entrée, très rapide. Pour les fumeurs c'est génial et la vue est très belle. Cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, etc). Salon très convivial pour manger, jouer à des jeux de société, regarder la télé, etc. Nous avons tous très bien dormi et nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Petits soucis à noter : - Il fait parfois très chaud dans le salon, via le chauffage au sort, donc régler les thermostats n'y change rien ... (mais bon, il vaut quand même mieux cela qu'avoir froid) - Certains soucis électriques plusieurs fois où nous avons dû toucher les fusibles pour que l'électricité fonctionne à nouveau. Le four ne fonctionnait pas toujours, une soirée nous n'avons rien pu faire cuire au four.

The highlight of the place was definitely the location - right across from several bus stops, less than a block from the tube and rail lines, and really close to two grocery stores, a Nando’s and a Starbucks. Having a bathroom per bedroom, a washing machine, and all the necessary kitchen supplies was excellent as well. We also really enjoyed the beautiful views from the terrace and the comfort and cleanliness of the bedrooms. The apartment was really clean and well equipped (shampoo and body wash, hair dryer, adaptors). That being said, there was an odd smell in the apartment which either came from a plumbing issue or the smell from a sewage pipe outside the window. Probably a fixable issue though. Overall, this was a great fit for us and we are glad we stayed there!

It's a superb location, just 2 mins into Vauxhall underground station and from there into all the hotspots in no time at all. Apartment was lovely as well, very homely for a nice catch up with friends before we headed out to dinner. Thank you again Sibylle!

The flat locate in a great location. Next to the tube station. And a lot of buses to choose from. There is a small supermarket downstairs. And restaurants nearby. The river and the piers is walking distance. It has all you need. The place is also super clean. We had a good choice! Thank you for the host.

Space was clean and easy to access via tube or Uber. No complaints about the unit itself. Host was there to meet us and it was easy to access. It was a bit warm, given that there wasn’t any AC, and leaving the windows open meant REALLY loud train sounds. Overall, a good stay.

very nice place. spatious and modern. All you need for your stay. extremely wel located next to train and tube. Area is a bit noisy due to the train station. not extreme buy you hear them, Sybille super attentive and fast to reply.

Apartment is located in the middle of London from where you can go by walk to every significant place with no issues. We spent entire days walking around London and took a visit to Warner Bros Studios from Russells Square (morning walk around 1h, if it's too far you can take Bros bus from Victoria Str). Both apartment and London amazed us, we really want to go back next year :)

The place is really nice with a friendly and responsible host. It is in the centre of London in Vauxhall which is very accessible to tube to transport to city centre, i.e. Oxford Circus and other sight seeing places.

Sibylle's place is definitely a hidden gem. the strength lies on the location which enable us to travel easly, plus surrounded by restaurants and public facilities. But the most valuable is actually the host. Sibylle is a communicative and helpful host that make our stay even more comfortable. Definitely will go back again next time. Thank you Sibylle!

Ivo est un hôte très sérieux et réactif, il peut même être arrangeant. L’appartement est propre et bien situé. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la voix ferré à côté mais cela reste plus que supportable. Mickael chargé de la remise des clés est à notre disposition. Je recommande ce bien.

This is positive feedback. This is a great flat with loads of space and only 2 minutes walk from Vauxhall tube station so for the business traveler this is ideally located. The flat is functional and has everything you need and it all works. One thing to note is that the flat is next to the railway line and it’s one of those lines that is really noisy. It was better with the windows shut but be aware it’s loud up until half midnight and starts again at five in the morning. It didn’t bother me too much but be aware. Other than that, this is fine. Host is superb and the check in person is very professional. Enjoy

This apartment is by far the best I have stayed in London. The location is unbeatable!! Absolutely all the transportation options are within steps of the flat. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of room, all household amenities are provided and it looks recently renovated. The highlight of the property is the rooftop patio overlooking the river Thames and gives a 360 degrees view of the city. The MI6 central is just across!! Ivo and his staff were very accommodating and assisted in every way they could. The team also checked in during the stay to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend. Great value!

This was a fantastic experience. The location is great, all transportation methods are within walking distance. The apartment was spotless clean, the host was very responsive, the check in and check out process was smooth and quick. I can also note, the internet connection was flawless. I strongly recommend!!!

The location is perfect, you can move everywhere, tube and buses very close. The flat is great for groups, as it is big and comfortable, and also Alexander himself is very kind; he answers any question very quickly.

The apartment was great! It was spacious, clean, and in a good location that was easy to access from the bus or tube. Alexander was a good host who allowed us to check in a bit early and was always quick to respond to messages and address any issues we had. Great flat in a great location, really close to Vauxhall station and tube. Just a short walk to the river where there are restaurants and bars and right next to a bridge to get over to Victoria area. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can comfortably sleep six people in three double beds and a few more on the sofa bed and couches in the living room. It’s very comfortable and in a great location. Vauxhall isn't close to the tourist areas but has several tube lines that makes it easy to get anywhere in London. And the best part is that the tube station is only a few steps away from the building. The downside of being so close to the tube and railway stations is the noise from the trains. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs in case you need to leave the windows open in hot summer nights like we had during our stay. Note that the kitchen is only equipped with the basics and did not have a coffee maker. Glassware, dishware and silverware were enough for only four people, not eight as we had in our group. London was one stop in a multi city trip and after a few stops we realized that in hotels and Airbnbs in Europe it's customary to make beds with a fitted sheet and a down comforter with a duvet cover, but no flat sheets. We ended up using the duvet cover as a flat sheet as it was very warm during our stay. And none of the Airbnbs we stayed in, including this one, had air conditioning. For American visitors note that the washer and dryer are consolidated and it takes a really long time to do a single load. This is very common throughout Europe.

Great location. Central to all transport amenities. Food store(s) very handy and nice bars local on riverside. Apartment set up great for 3 couples, with own bathrooms beig a real bonus. A bit noisy with construction happening next door and train tracks nearby but double glazing windows and midnight train ceasing helps. Overall, would certainly return.

Grazie tantissimo Alexander per averci ospitato presso il tuo appartamento, tutto perfetto, appartamento situato in zona servita da Underground e Bus station, centralissima zona,pulitissimo accogliente, grande spazio, servizi nuovi e puliti addirittura tre Bagni di cui 2 in camera e con Wc ( a Londra è un lusso ). Comunicazione perfetta e tempestiva, Host cordialissimo Alexander lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia fare un viaggio a Londra e avere una bellissima location. Our very first stay in an Airbnb accommodation with host Alexander was an excellent experience. The accommodation is centrally placed ..well connected by bus , metro and river bus and with all modern amenities . Alexander is an wonderful host , very prompt and helpful. The place was huge if you compare this place to others. It’s located very close to vaxhual station which was 2 mins walk. There are several super market around the flat. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms which is extraordinarily. The kitchen was a but too small but it was okay for 1-2 person. The living room full of 3 large sofa bed and 1 small sofa.

Alexanders place is in a great location, close to Vauxhall station, however, as a result of this is rather noisy with the trains but this didn't affect us too much. Lovely air bnb, we are 3 colleagues so the 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is ideal. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location as it’s close to a tube station and a few shops - Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Nando’s etc. Has a great roof top terrace with a 360 view. 3 good sized rooms with double beds. Two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there’s an additional shower/toilet to share as well. The apartment has underfloor heating, so it can get quite warm but it wasn’t a big problem.

A very spacious apartment and conveniently located for all transport links into London. The noise from the trains is noticeable even with the windows shut so we found ourselves buying ear plugs from the large Sainsbury’s around 10 min walk away. There is a mini Tesco and Waitrose only a minute or so walk away. This was our first Airbnb and for a London location with great transport links we felt this to be very good value for money for 6 adults.

Nice spacious apartment! Lots of seating which is great when there are lots of guests staying. The bedrooms are stylish and comfortable. The roof garden has great views but is not connected to the apartment. The apartment is very secure and in a good location although parking can be a bit tricky - lots of public transport around though! Would recommend.

The apartment was perfect for us! Before we arrived, Alexander's communication with myself was outstanding! Very quick to respond. If we had a question, Alexander was very helpful and clear with his responses. The checking in process was very smooth and instructions were very straightforward. The beds were very comfy and Alexander kindly made up the sofa bed before we arrived. The accommodation was very clean and stylish. We loved the roof top garden it has some wonderful views of the city (the sunset was gorgeous!). There are many local shops such as Tesco's, Sainsburys and a little Waitrose within a 2 minute walk of the accommodation. In addition, public transport is right next door! Bus Station, Train Station and the Tube is right next door. However, if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs as some trains can be heard at 6am but this did not bother us at all. I highly recommend Alexanders accommodation it is perfect for anyone who would like to explore London. Alexander has been a tremendous host and I cannot thank him enough for making us feel right at home.

L’alloggio era comodo e in una buona posizione, ma va segnalato che l’ascensore era fuori uso per tutta la durata del soggiorno. The apartment was good, equipped with everything. The host left for us also stuff for having breakfast, such as juice and milk. The position is perfect, close by metro and train stations. The only challenges were the elevator that was not working and the small bed which wasn't really a bed, in general the mattresses were not really comfortable, but all the rest was good. The communication with the host was good and the instructions for check in and usage of the apartment great.

Eravamo in nove (massima capienza) e comunque lo spazio era adeguato e confortevole; la cucina completa di attrezzatura funzionante. La terrazza si trova al piano superiore ed è ad uso comune con gli altri alloggi, la vista e’ molto suggestiva. Peccato solo per l’ascensore non funzionante; consiglio di accertarsene prima se si viaggia con bambini , passeggini e persone con difficoltà di deambulazione essendo l’ alloggio al quinto piano. Per noi non ci sono stati problemi, solo un po’ di fatica! Sicuramente una sistemazione da consigliare e nella quale tornerei, anche per la cortesia dell’host e il buon rapporto qualità prezzo per Londra.

Great central location – walked to Buckingham Palace and the London Eye! Easy access to transport, with many lines ending nearby. The apartment is worth the money. It's close to train lines, so some noise is noticeable, but it didn’t bother us. There was also a construction site right next to the apartment, so we kept the blinds down for privacy. Luckily, no work was done during the weekend, and we were out during the day. Despite that, I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again!

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réservé chez Alexander. Superbe appartement avec trois salles de bain et trois chambres. nous étions au 5ieme étages et avons pu profiter de la terrasse sur le toit. petit bémol sur l'ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait plus au bout de 2 jours. Après les gens ne respectent pas les consignes aussi de ne pas monter à plus de 3 et 3 valises. Un peu bruyant le soir à cause des trains, il y faisait très chaud (faut dire que nous sommes tombés sur une semaine de beau temps) on n' a pas pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes mais heureusement, l'appartement est muni de nombreux ventilateurs. Appartement très lumineux. Très bien situé. au pied de la garde de Vauxhall, de cette gare il y a la ligne 88 qui va directement en centre et qui fonctionne 24h/24.

A great sized place! The 3 bathrooms really helped. Alexander was always there if there was a problem or question. The lift unfortunately broke with us inside it and wasn’t useable for the rest of the stay (it’s on the 5th floor so it’s tough with a suitcase) The lift says it’s says only for 3 at a time with a suitcase each but personally I’d say just 2. The rooftop is great, but feels a little run down with old weathered furniture that you can’t sit on (I understand it’s a communal area but would of been nice to make the most of the it). Overall it did the job ?

El apartamento está muy bien acondicionado, tuvo mucho detalle pero el que más me llamó es que tuviera adaptadores para poder enchufar los cargadores. La zona está bien comunicada con el metro y con la estación de autobuses. Hay un poco de ruido pero no es nada importante. Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Londres, seguro que vuelvo al apartamento.

We had a lovely stay at Sibylle's apartment. It's ideally suited for exploring London, being literally on top of Vauxhall Bus and tube station so it's only a few minutes to the west end or other parts of London. The apartment is easy to find with the comprehensive info we were sent and was clean and spacious. Worth noting that the location means it's quite noisy outside, however no problem with the double-glazed windows closed when it was very peaceful inside. Really great location and host is very helpful. I believe there's some issues with the lift where it would sometimes reach the floor, but the doors wouldn't open until you hit the button again.. and then we actually did get stuck in the lift and used the stairs for the rest of our stay - this probably just needs to be sorted by the building but understand it is out of host's control. Sibylle was very fast in her responses and gave recommendations on places to leave luggage at train stations. Cannot fault her and the cleanliness of the apartment. Bare in mind, if you open the windows at night - there is quite a bit of noise from the main road - there are fans provided by the host - 1 in each room. Otherwise, location was just great- so close to the bus, tube and Uber boat. Would stay here again.

Was able to book last minute for our extended family of 7 when our other lodging fell through due to illness. The location is very good and walkable to many sites (Tate Britain is just across the bridge!) and right by the underground and busses. Vauxhall is a transit hub, so while the sound of the trains is noticeable, they do stop running overnight so didn't impede overnight sleeping hours. Sibylle was very responsive to our request to book, as well as a couple of other relatively minor inquiries.

In Summer air conditioning would be very useful. Consider that the location is a high traffic train station, so it is noisy, if you open the windows it sonds even louder. Upon our arrival we found 2 damages in the flat and we reported them for the host, despite this after our leaving the host raised a damage claim, but he cancalled that after clarifying the case.

Très bien situé et c’est bien le principal, le logement d’Alexander n’en est pas moins bruyant (de 5:30 à 00:30 car les trains passent très proches) et mal entretenu (huisseries vieilles, robinetterie qui fuit, peinture défraîchies). Nous avons tout de même passé un bon moment car une semaine de visite intensive. Si il y a bien dix couchages, il n’y a pas dix chaises par exemple ce qui est dommage. Bref un appartement correcte pour un prix peut être un peu élevé au vu des prestations.

Alexander was a friendly and very responsive host. Check in was super easy and he had an online document with photos and videos that made me confident I was at the right place. We had a couple issues with the building and unit while we were there. First the elevator went out on the 2nd day or so and then was out the full week we were there. The unit was on the 6th floor and we had both little kids and seniors with us which made it a challenge. Second we had a crazy hot unit. Despite having all the thermostats turned way down the floors kept cranking out the heat. We would have opened the windows all night but the trains are so loud and then it was pouring rain too. Finally we tried shutting off the boiler for the unit in the utility room and that stopped the heat, but the unit was still quite warm with zero heat. I wouldn't want to stay there in the summer! Great location for transit and nice parks with 2 playgrounds nearby.

Je recommande à Londres! Logement très agréable pour une famille, puisque vous avez trois chambres séparées dont deux avec salles de bain privatives. Très grand espace de vie avec plusieurs canapés. Cuisine très bien équipée. D’autant plus que vous avez deux supermarchés au pied de l’appartement, ce qui vous permet de faire quelques courses pour quelques jours. Vous avez également tous les transports possibles au pied de l’appartement (bus, métro, train…). A seulement 15 minutes de Westminster!!!.. Alexander a été très précis concernant l’arrivée, et réactif. En revanche, même si ce n’est pas de son fait, je vous confirme que l’environnement est bruyant. De notre côté nous avions prévu des boules Quies donc ce n’était pas très gênant, mais j’imagine qu’un séjour en été qui obligerait à ouvrir les fenêtres parce qu’il fait chaud dans l’appartement serait en effet assez gênant au niveau du bruit. Encore une fois cela avait été prévenu par l’hôte dans l’annonce et dans les commentaires.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες ! Άνετο, ζεστό και με αρκετές παροχές !Υπήρχε καφές, ζάχαρη, αλάτι στο ντουλάπι και αναψυκτικό στο ψυγείο ακόμα και 2 ειδικοί αντάπτορες !Μπορείς να μαγειρέψεις αν θες !Η τοποθεσία απόλυτα βολική καθώς κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει μετρό-λεωφορείο-τρένο. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να πω ότι θα ήθελε περισσότερη προσοχή είναι το συνεργείο που καθαρίζει τον χώρο καθώς ενώ ο χώρος φαινόταν καθαρός δυστυχώς σε σημεία που δεν είναι πολύ εμφανή όπως κάτω από καναπέδες υπήρχε αρκετή σκόνη .. όπως και κάποια λίγα σημεία που ίσως χρειάζονται συντήρηση. Ο Alexander πολύ φιλικός απαντούσε άμεσα σε όλα μας τα μηνύματα και μας διευκόλυνε αρκετά ειδικά όταν μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε μετά το check out τις βαλίτσες για κάποια ώρα παραπάνω καθώς πετούσαμε το απόγευμα.. Σε γενικές γραμμές και για τα δεδομένα του Λονδίνου είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή αν γίνουν και αυτές οι μικρές διορθώσεις θα ήταν η καλύτερη ! Θα χαρώ να ξανά μείνω εκεί ! Ευχαριστούμε Alexander!
