Do you want to be a neighbor of the King himself?
The maisonette/townhouse is self contained with its own front door and is arranged over three floors. It is 3 minutes away from Buckingham Palace, also close to Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye. You’ll love my place because of the location and it's character. The maisonette is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space

The townhouse/maisonette is arranged on three floors. Ground floor is laundry and entrance. The living room and kitchen are situated on the first floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. It has been freshly refurbished.

You are going to be practically neighbor of Buckingham Palace. All major tourist attractions are easily reached within walkable distance. Come and enjoy an incredible experience in central London!

First floor: Living room / Kitchen
The living room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The living room offers convertible sofa bed. There is a separated kitchen next to it. The living room table sits 2-4 people and has all the necessary comfort to help you cook your homemade meals.

Second floor: Bedroom: The bedroom is very spacious and has a double size bed with a brand new mattress. Also there is a wardrobe, mirror and additional storage cupboard.

Bathroom: the property offers a fully equipped bathroom with a tub and toilet.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps very comfortably 4 adults. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom and up to two people in the living room which has a convertible sofa bed.

Summer time:
For additional guest pleasure I'm offering very good and efficient portable fans. A/C is super rare in London, especially in a unique property like this one, but the fans will help a lot.

Other things to note

- There are steps to be climbed from Ground floor to First floor and Second floor. If you are not into steps - I'm afraid this property won't be ideal.
- Kitchen cabinets may be a little bit old/outdated;
- No AC (it's extremely rare for London); additional fans can be provided
- No dishwasher in unit

Mihail foi sempre muito gentil e ágil nas respostas. O seu espaço nos acomodou bem e atendeu às nossas necessidades, dispondo de tudo o que precisamos, inclusive máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Ótima localização com estação de metrô muito próxima, assim como ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e supermercado. Tivemos um pequeno problema com disjuntor caindo no último dia, mas conseguimos contornar e não prejudicou nossa estadia.

Sibylle's apartment was the last minute find for us as we decided to extend the stay in London for a few days and she was quick and responsive to our every query. We were lucky to find this gem of a place which is maintained impeccably and looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is literally the next door to Buckingham Palace and in one of the best areas of London. With Victoria station at just a short walk away, the connectivity is great and you can take a walk down the Mall, Trafalgar or Westminster to see all the major attractions. Thanks Sybille for allowing us to check in a few hours earlier than the check-in time, we found your apartment very cozy and comfortable and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

I wanted to rate the location more than 5 stars! This property is in an astonishingly good location. Just one street away from Buckingham Palace and about three or four minutes walk from Victoria Station. So ideal if you're coming in on the Gatwick Express from Gatwick Airport. Easy access to everywhere in central London too (excellent tube and bus connections or you could even walk to the West End across Green Park). A lovely London pad and would recommend.

This place was so amazing I came back for again for the final night of my trip in England. The ambiance is overwhelming! The location is better than any hotel and the level of service this host provides is outstanding!! I can't wait to revisit London and this spectacular apartment!!!

Outstanding location! Very close to many restaurants and cafes including Wagamamas, M&S cafe, Jamie's Italian, Eat, Pret-A-Manger and many more! Lots of shops too, including Boots Pharmacy, M&S, Waitrose etc. Also close to Victoria Tube Station with lots of taxis in the area. This is a Mews House so we had our own entrance from the very quiet cul-de-sac road which had no traffic so was therefore very quiet in the house. My 10 year old daughter loved the house and said she wish we could live there! No checkout required, so we were able to jump into a taxi which took us straight to the airport. In addition to this Sibylle was extremely professional and fast with all communication.

Outstanding location! Just one street away from Buckingham Palace and about four minutes walk from Victoria Station. Easy access to everywhere in central London. Very quiet cul-de-sac road which had no traffic so was therefore very quiet in the house. I recommend this apartment, better than hotel.

We had a really nice stay at Sibylle's place! The location is unbeatable and is quiet at night. It was nice to have a kitchen for breakfasts and snacks at night! Very close to the tube stop and grocery store. We'd definitely stay here again!

Ok. This is positive feedback. This is an old’y world’y style house. It has all the charm of a period properly and in an amazing location. Loads of space and a very comfortable bed. It was clean and tidy. It was not expensive so was good value for money. The host and person who met me were fantastic. Great communication and all the right information.

Location, Location, Location. Very close to Buckingham Palace and St. James and Hyde Parks, Victoria Station and Victoria Underground. Close proximity to good food options. The flat could use some updating and the stairs could be steep form some but, given the location, it is a good value. The host is awesome and check in and check out was very easy. I recomend this as a good value. We would stay here again.

Overall good apartment. Alexander was very quick to communicate and even worked out to check us in early which was very helpful for storing our luggage. You also can't beat the location, right next to Buckingham Palace and about a 10 min walk from Victoria station. Only downside is the fold out couch is very uncomfortable as a bed, we needed to pull the matress off onto the floor to be able to sleep. Apartment is better used as a two person max.

Location location location!!! It’s absolutely perfect location and Alexander is very attentive, responsive and helpful with local tips. He was a really good host! I recommend it for two guests instead of three if it’s a long stay due to the comfort of the sofa bed.

location was AMAZING! Walk to Buckingham Palace and to the Big Bus tour in 2 min... Has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Alexander always responded very quickly even at 1AM which was greatly appreciated. I definitely would recommend and would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at Alexander's place. He hosted me on such a short notice due to another Airbnb location not meeting my expectations. Alexander is quick to respond and is very clear in his instructions for check-in and check-out. There was also an in-person check-in process where I was walked through the apartment and shown all the amenities, outlets, etc...As much as I enjoy self check-in, the in-person interaction where someone shows you where everything is and how things work in the apartment made settling in a lot easier and faster. Inside, it is warm, cosy, spacious, and well-lit. I felt safe and was comfortable. The place has three floors, be prepared to climb stairs. If you've been walking around London, then the stairs won't faze you. It's well designed overall. Alexander provides everything you may need while staying in London. There is a full sized bed on the top floor and a pull out bed on the second floor that's slightly smaller than a full size. I slept on both beds, I recommend the bed rather than the pull out couch due to back support. The apartment is in a fantastic location...literally a block from Buckingham Palace and multiple restaurants, cafes, and stores. Definitely recommend this if you were to stay in London. I think it would work well for couples or for solo travelers who enjoy a real living space while traveling. Great work, Alexander and team!

The first thing you should know is that this location is fabulous! Alexander's place is literally next door to Buckingham Palace and we saw Prince Philip's motorcade! Even though we were so central, we slept with the windows open and heard nothing but the sweet sound of birds. We travelled with our 10 year old and she slept comfortably on the pull out sofa although, I admit I am glad we didn't have to sleep on it, I think it's fine for kids. Our bed was cosy and perfectly comfortable. I was surprised by the amount of storage available in the room so if you're planning a longer stay, you can easily unpack. I would stay there again and highly recommend it for your next trip to central London!

Alexander's place is located in the heart of London. Is a sunny apartment, with all the amenities you need for a perfect visit to London. Best suited for 2 persons, the cough being a little uncomfortable to sleep on. The check in and check out were smooth, Alexander responded quickly to all the messages.

The location with proximity to Victoria Station can't be beat. Ease of arrival and departure were fantastic. Not a space for hanging out in but who comes to London to stay inside. We had busy days and the bedroom space provided for restful nights in a safe location off the beaten path but near a main transport hub and tourist area.

If we could change anything it would just be the mattresses. They were pretty thin for our liking but not a deal breaker. Parking was scarce but we were able to find a spot right outside the apartment. Also darker window shade for the main room. We’re light sleepers so having dark shades help our sleep. Seriously Awesome location! Very close to EVERYTHING! Pubs right across the street. Very responsive host. We did have to pay for a late check in which we’ve never come across before but not a huge deal. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

There were 4 of us: my husband and I, our daughter (4 y.o.) and my mom. My daughter slept together with my mom downstairs on the pullout bed. We slept upstairs. The sofa was quite comfy for an adult and a child. The bed was just perfect. In fact we were expecting the baby cot, and we got it, but there wasn’t any bed linen for it. I hope, that next time they will find it, so it will be more comfortable for the families with babies. The bathroom was quite nice, but I would really recommend to add a rubbish bin. No problems with hot water or anything! That was extremely important for our family. Some furniture in the kitchen needs fixing. In general, very nice apartment! 3 floors, your own entrance, easy to find, just outside the Buckingham Palace! We were literally the queen’s neighbors! Moreover we never used the underground. It was easy for us to walk to the main sights, which is so cool for staying in London! Some shops and pubs are just a few steps from the place. But if you need a supermarket, which closes late (after 22-23:00), you can walk to Victoria station. 5-10 min, and you’ll find smth. One more thing, that was very important for us, as a family with a child - the area is really quiet. You can hear only birds singing, nothing else. No cars, no people - amazing! I think we can recommend this place to our friends, and probably we will come back! PS: many thanks to the host! Alexander was so friendly and helpful! He answered any question at any time of the day or night!

Alexanders place was safe and easy to get to and from. Great location just a few minutes from Buckingham palace. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. Close to Victoria station which was helpful. A comfortable cozy space for 4 if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time inside. This place is located in an excellent location, clean, quite and easily accessible. The apartment has the basic amenities which was all we needed as we used it mostly for resting while in London. Weather was a little cold but the apartment was kept nicely warm thanks to the radiation heater system. We had a family of 5 that included two children and hod no problem with the size of the apartment. Apartment was very clean and Alexander kept good communication during the stay to make sure that everything was ok. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it for our next London trip.

This apartment is like a house in the top centre of London. Buckingham palace is meters away. It close to everything. In the early days we made all our travelling by walk and as the week went on we regularly used the 2 nearby subway stations. The flat had everything we needed for a trouble free stay. It was clean, comfortable and good size for 3 adults, has all the required kitchen equipment, has laundry machines which we used. The most stressing part with Airbnb in general is actually finding the place and getting the keys. Diana made sure this went well, very appreciated. Thanks

I booked Diana's gorgeous townhouse for 1 night before a business trip. It's perfectly located, very cozy and clean. Diana was super polite and friendly, organized the entire checkin and checkout process flawlessly. This place is unique because of it's privateness given it's meters away from Buckingham Palace. My only regret was I couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended with both hands.

The location was excellent and placed us within walking distance of most things we wanted to see. It was easy to communicate and check in. It served as a good place to stay. If you come in the summer, it was warm in the third floor bedroom without air and there was heavy construction across the street that was loud in the morning, but in the long run, should not be a problem. The bathroom was nice, but smaller than it appeared in the pictures.

It seems, this is business run and not a personally owned host's home. A tight fit, very basic furnishings but fold out bed for kids was fine. Only grip was the lack of a fan to the upstairs room which gets extremely hot, even on a mild sunny day, we were there 5 days. There is construction going on adjacent to the apartment however didn't bother us as we were up and about long before they started work. Central location, safe and walk-able to all the London sights with Victoria station less than 10 min walk.

This little town house was a perfect home base for our exploration of London. It's just a few minutes' walk from Victoria Station, a transportation hub that's easy to get to from anywhere in London. There are coffee shops and restaurants all around. Yet even though it's right in the middle of everything, the nights were quiet and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. There's a well-appointed little kitchen, complete with tea kettle, toaster, and plenty of cutlery, dishes and glasses. The place is on three levels, not suitable for those for whom stairs are an issue. Both before and during our stay, Diana was very responsive to our every question and is clearly committed to giving her guests the best possible experience. Should we ever have the pleasure of returning to London, we would definitely stay here again!

Diana’s apartment was in the perfect location right next to Buckingham Palace! There were plenty of restaurants close by and the metro is super close as well. It’s only about a 10 minute Uber ride from Soho so that’s nice as well. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and away from the main road which so it was nice and quiet. Will definitely stay at Diana’s place again. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier since our flight arrived early in the morning which was a huge bonus after coming off a 10 hour flight with suitcases. Had a great time, will stay here again for sure!

The best thing about this place is its location: it is very central with easy access to trains, underground, buses, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops in the Victoria area. Despite being in a central location, it is also extremely quiet during the night. Until the end of August 2019 there is some building work being done nearby during the (week-)day, which was noisy. I expect that once that building work is finished it is also very quiet during the day. During our stay (early August) the weather was fairly hot, and the flat can get a little too warm both during the day and at night, especially the top floor where the bedroom is. Communication was always very quick (always less than ten minutes) and pleasant. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth with no problems.

The good: * Staff were responsive and helpful. * The location is wonderful--right by the underground, national rail, Buckingham Palace, etc. * It's clean. * It's on a very quiet cul-de-sac, great for sleeping. * Good bandwidth on the wifi. * Shower-over-tub, with good water pressure. * Free washer-dryer single unit works well. * It does actually have a private street entrance. Areas for improvement: * The only toilet screams like a banshee for half a minute after every flush. You won't want to use it while anyone's trying to sleep. * The dining area is a fold-up table in the living room, so it's over carpet; if you've got little kids with you, it'll be hard to keep the carpet clean. Also, there are only 3 folding chairs, so one person has to sit on the arm of the couch or on a comfy-but-not-good-for-eating chair. * The pillows are ancient any lumpy. * The bathroom could use a towel rack and a wastepaper basket; the only trash can in the flat is in the kitchen, and there's no place to put your towel other than the toilet. * Various bits and pieces are in poor repair: the kitchen cabinet doors are sagging, the living room blinds are partly broken [so it's too bright to sleep there after dawn], the tub's corroding, etc. Overall, though, it's a nice apartment in good shape. * The fireplace is covered with a board, as shown in the photo--possibly just for the summer? At any rate, it wasn't usable while we were there, not that we wanted to use it. * The stove igniter's broken, so we had to buy a lighter for it. * Kitchen offers oil and sugar, but no salt or pepper. Overall we're happy with our stay there. It was much nicer and better-located than a hotel that we'd have gotten for that price at that notice.

What an amazing location-- steps from Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and the Victoria Street tube station. Literally steps; I was astonished it was so close. London was the tail end of our trip so we were ready to relax and take it slow and this was a great home-base. We accidentally stumbled upon a changing of the guards, so you'll likely check that box with little effort. We have a two-year-old and the nearby green spaces were a life-saver, plus there's an adorable playground in St. James Park. The run around Hyde Park is about a 5K, so if you like to wake-up to a run there's that option (it's so much easier to run in the parks in London than the packed sidewalks). The flat is great for the location, an upstairs masters, one bathroom (the toilet is loud so don't flush when people are sleeping), a galley kitchen, and a living area with a pull out sofa and table-- this last room has double doors you can close which was GREAT for having a little one asleep upstairs while we watched TV or ate dinner. Diana provided and had set up a pack-n-play for our son which means we didn't have to hassle with traveling with one or renting one (we did bring our own sheets per her advance advice). Some other reviewers had commented on the size being small, but as a fellow city dweller I thought the place was pretty large (and cheap) for its location. I do agree with other reviewers that the stairs are very narrow, steep, and winding, therefore people with mobility problems or generally clumsy people should beware.

This is in an excellent location. So incredibly close to countless attractions. Literally a small block to Buckingham Palace. Tralfragar square was unexpectedly fun. Only a short walk to Big Ben. The home is on a dead end road so even though you are close to everything, the road is not busy at all. Also, there was a M&S (nice) grocery store for getting items like breakfast, snacks and drinks. Oh yes, there is a very nice pub right down the road (literally 40 yards away). Made for an easy date when me and the wife wanted to get away from the kids for some alone time, yet comfortably close if we were needed. You walk in the bottom floor. The kitchen and living area is up one floor and the bathroom and bedroom is up another floor. Lots of steps. I recommend this place. Thanks Diana!

Our host Diana was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and quiet, yet a step from Buckingham palace and a few minutes from the Victoria Underground entrance at Cardinal place. The bedroom and living room were perfect and the area is quiet and safe. The kitchen was clean and functional (although in need of an update/decorating) and coffee towels etc were provided. The location was outstanding - the heart of Westminster area, located only a few blocks from Moo Cantina (highly recommended!) and close to Pimlico Station; very quiet, residential neighborhood and a bit secluded from the main streets. The flat was recently renovated to include a beautifully designed kitchen and bathroom with ultra-modern features. The apartment is really clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean as well. As to the host - I can't say anything more than pure thank you, it was a real pleasure.

This property is in an astonishingly good location. Just one street away from Buckingham Palace and about three or four minutes walk from Victoria Station. So ideal if you're coming in on the Gatwick Express from Gatwick Airport. Easy access to everywhere in central London too (excellent tube and bus connections or you could even walk to the West End across Green Park). Only two very minor things to look out for - firstly there is a late check in fee of £50 if you arrive after 7pm. Secondly the house is very hot, even if you turn the thermostat right down. Possibly as a result of being in a long terrace, possibly the water heating system. Having said that, this could be a major bonus in the Autumn and Winter! A lovely London pad and would recommend.

A perfect location for exploring London. Easy to get to from Heathrow and has easy access to public transportation, multiple grocery stores, and restaurants. Also, a pleasant walking distance to some of the main London sites like Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and even close enough to Trafalgar Square. Although the surrounding area is busy, the apartment itself set on a quieter street which is great. The bedroom and living area are separated by stairs, which is nice if you're traveling with kids and want to be able to stay up a bit later than them. The amenities in the apartment are adequate, but as noted accurately in Mihail's description and pictures, some are a bit dated or worn.

Very cute, clean & quiet 3 story apt. in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect for 4 persons. So glad we found this place when we were forced to stay an extra 4 days because of an airport shut down. This apt. was a god-send because all the Hotels in the area were price gouging so this gem was a great deal. Conviently located & walking distance to everything like the subway, supermarket, several good restaurants and litterly a block from Buckingham Palace. The check in and check out have clear instructions. And also very clear instructions for how to use gas oven. The location of the place is superb. The Buckingham Palace is just 5-minute walk away. The green park, Hyde Park, the Piccadilly Circus are all within walking distance. There is a M&S supermarket around and takes 2 minutes’ walk. Things to be aware of is that if you carry large luggages, it’s better to leave them in the storage room on the ground floor because the stairs in the house is narrow so it’s not easy to take large luggages to get to the upstairs bedroom and living room.

Great location near everything! It was just as described. Appreciated that there was a market and restaurants and the Tube nearby. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Upstairs bed was comfy for two. Sofa bed was a bit tight for my two tall teens but was easily fixed by moving the large sofa cushions to the floor with blankets. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our host was so helpful and responsive, check in/out was so seamless and simple, and the location was wonderful for visiting really anything. Excellent location, minutes from Buckingham Palace and tons of food places at Victoria Station area which is 5 min walk away. We asked to drop off our luggage 4 hours before checkin and were told we couldn't. There was no guest the previous night and we hoped this would be available. The wifi could be better but works for email and looking up things to do. Very warm home, very quiet, very safe for my family to walk at any hour. Kitchen has basic utensils and some of the furniture is showing wear - we were there for a few days and were in the home only to sleep and shower so it was okay for us. There is a little market 2 min from the house with fresh pastries.. With a little updating it could be an amazing place. Easy checkin and easy access ro busses that can take you everywhere. Lots of stairs but it was not a problem for us. The host was very polite and easy to reach.

You can’t beat the location… steps from Buckingham Palace and the Victoria train and underground stations! The host was very responsive to inbox communication though there was some confusion between the written instructions provided (2 different WiFi codes, different checkout information, etc) so read carefully. The apartment description/photos were not quite accurate. There are actually 3 levels to the flat… entranceway is ground level, living room with a pull-out sofa and tiny kitchen on next level, then the bathroom and bedroom on the third floor. Be ready for stairs!!! Bedroom and linens were clean, but the pull out bed was uncomfortable For a young teenager. The apartment is in need of significant updates/repairs… the shower/tub leaked, dishwasher didn’t work, the freezer was nearly frozen solid, and the bathroom is extremely small with barely enough room to stand at the sink. The location made up for everything though and the dead end streetmade it a quiet, restful place to stay.

Loved this place and its location! Very clean and homey. Host was very responsive and gave clear check in instructions which was very helpful. Very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. The pillow cases were a little burnt so was uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed in the bedroom was too small. The sofa bed in living room was very very uncomfortable. Lastly, the stairs are a little narrow so a little bit dangerous. With all that, we still absolutely loved the place and would totally stay there again! Thank you, Sabina ???

Sibylle place is in the perfect location. The bed upstairs was very comfortable and had great pillows. It’s smaller than we thought but we were ok with this as the location made up for it all. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for a quick breakfast or lunch. The space could use a few important items like, an additional mirror, a few shelves or places in the bathroom to put your toiletries and could use a little extra cleaning. But overall iit was fine and we were really only there to sleep. We took the mattress off the pull out on put on the floor for our teens to be comfortable.

Talking about the goods, this is a fantastic location first thing first! Literally a 5 minute wallk to the Buckingham Palace which is the most convenient thing as a tourist. The closest 3 minute walking distance is the Victoria underground station. The victoria coach station is literally only around 700 meters away! Within a 2 minute wallk, there is a M&S supermarket which made our stay really really convenient in terms of basic groceries and food. The pheonix pub is right at the end of the lane if you would like to enjoy a pint. Next to the M&S supermarket, there are a heap of restaurants from Nandos to Wagamama everything is available at a walking distance. I love the location and I would definitely be back. Best spot in CENTRAL LONDON. The only thing there was alot of mosquitos in the top floor bedroom which was uncomfortable. The host provided us with milk and the sofa bed was pre made for us. Host really needs to add a mirror as there are none and it was inconvenient to dress up

The place was beautiful and Diana was sweet and very easy to communicate with. The only things that were hard for us was the listing said “parking on premises for a fee” we had to park so far away we took a taxi back; no ac and the small fans didn’t help much, we were sweating, and lastly was the Wi-Fi info sent to us didn’t work, we used the info on the back of the router and that worked fine. Other than that, the place was perfect!

Location, location, location. We walked to most places or biked. Didn't have to go beyond our block to buy souvenirs. Phoenix pub down the street has the best fish and chips, lovely patio and friendly staff. The place itself is in a brick building, is super cute and is spacious enough (I am claustrophobic so it matters) for being in the middle of everything. The only thing to be aware of is that the place is not recently remodeled but all that blends well with the vibe of all the history in the area.

Location is 3 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and this is its biggest plus point. The property is in a no through road and makes loading and unloading extremely fast and comfortable. The property is constructed over 3 floors with an extensive storage room and long entrance corridor on the ground floor, the small lounge and kitchen on the first floor with the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. Winding staircases connect the floor levels. The TV suffered from poor reception and the resulting interference made viewing very difficult. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linen was clean. The main negatives apart from the problems with the TV were - the shower head when used in the holder allows water to drip on to the surface behind the taps and run on to the floor creating a mini flood! Secondly, the armchair cushion has no real support and the covers are badly worn through almost to the frame. The carpets were marked Fantastic location but needs some updating.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Appartement à quelques pas du palais de Buckingham et à quelques pas d’une station de métro et supermarché. On n’a pu arrivé à l’heure que nous souhaitions car immeuble avec clé à code. Ivo était réactif quand nous lui envoyons un message. Il faisait un petit peu chaud et le matelas du canapé un peu mou mais rien de bien méchant. Serviette et produit d’entretien présent. Et de quoi se rafraîchir. Tout était très bien endroit sympas pour y passer quelques nuits.

I don't think you would find a better location to stay in London. It is a 2 to 3 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the Thames, Big Ben, etc. The apartment is just as described and well maintained. It was a bit tight with 4 people, but still very workable. It would be perfect for 2 people. There was a bit of a mix-up about our arrival time, but Ivo corrected that quickly and the rest of our stay was great. We would certainly stay there again if we return to London.

Ivo’s place was really great and the location is amazing! It’s so central and also really quiet. The process was seamless from start to finish and Ivo kept in contact throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in London und dafür war die Lage der Wohnung einfach perfekt! Man konnte schnell alles erreichen. Das Einchecken und Auschecken hat durch die Schlüsselbox super geklappt. In der Wohnung waren alle nötigen Sachen vorhanden, auch Shampoo und Duschgel und genug Handtücher. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, waren Streichhölzer, der Herd funktionierte ohne nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Ivo war auch super, er hat immer sehr schnell auf alles geantwortet und war immer freundlich. Danke dafür!

My family of four stayed at Ivo’s place during the first week of April. The best part about this apt is the location. It is in center of everything. Underground was across the street and grocery stores all around. Despite all the hustle and bustle near Buckingham, this apt was on a very quiet and safe street. The only thing is the apt needs little updating.

Ivos house is in an amazing location , it had everything we needed for our short stay in London . Ivo communicated with us well ensuring we had checked in ok and making sure we had everything we needed. we would stay here again .

A charming little pied-a-terre in a centralised position for walking to Victoria, Chelsea, the river, Mayfair and Westminster. Extremely private cul-de-sac with very little noise or disruption and a nice little pub at the far end of the road. Will be returning.

Alojamiento céntrico a 6 minutos de la estación Victoria . Si cocináis llaveros mechero o cerillas para encender el fuego de l cocina ya que el encendido eléctrico no funciona . El wifi es bastante malo . Va ha ratos . El apartamento es acogedor . Limpio . El baño es un poco viejo ya que se ven parches . Fijaros bien al entrar en todo el apartamento. Ya que nosotros vimos que la tapadera del wc estaba como arañada . “ vamos que estaba agrietada “Y mi compañero una tarde se sentó encima sin acordarse de que estaba en mal estado y se rompió . Y la tuvimos que pagar 123€ . Por lo demás la estancia es buena el apartamento acogedor y calentito . Lo mejor de todo la ubicación. A 5 minutos del Palacio de Buckingham .

Ivo was an extremely helpful and courteous host! Very quick responses to any questions I had. As far as the Airbnb, it is in a great location right next to Buckingham Palace, and is pretty walkable to most other major tourist attractions. Lots of good food/things to do in the nearby area and only a 10 min walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly perfect location !!! Ivo provided convertors for UK electric outlets- thank you! Poor internet service at times. Dishwasher was broken. Ivo responds very quickly to all inquiries however, he didn’t provide us with a cutting knife and soap dish even though I asked for that right after checking in (dishwasher was broken so soap dish was essential). We were told Ivo “will speak with his team” but nothing happened. Carpet is badly stained in the living room and staircase area, armchair is covered with a blanket to hide holes and worn out spots, faucets are rusty looking, grout around the bathtub looks moldy. Mattresses in both rooms very uncomfortable and poor quality, 2 people sleeping there tend to “sink into a whole” in the middle. Overall I recommend this place because of a perfect location and a good price. The apartment looks clean, it just definitely needs to be thoroughly renovated and free of damaged and ugly looking items.

On the positive note the location is great!!! The place is ideally located and easy to find and to get in. On the negative side the stove was not functioning, and the wifi is not good. We had a good stay, the place is not exactly furnished as on the photos.

Incredibly great location, very close to Buckingham Palace. Although located in the centre of London it was really quite. The townhouse had everything we needed and the host took care that we always had all info required. He proactively reached out and responded really fast. We highly recommend stying at this beautiful townhouse.

This place was exactly as described, and just what we needed. Very convenient location. Diana was very responsive to texts. Location is right in the hustle and bustle of London, but off on a nice cozy no outlet side street so when you want some peace and quiet you get it. Would recommend this place for sure. My family and I spent time here. The house was spotless and conveniently located near Buckingham Palace in a peaceful neighbourhood. A great place to unwind and near all the necessary amenities. The communication with Ivo was effortless, and he responded promptly. Unfortunately, the internet service was not good, which is a drawback for anyone who needs it for work or online studies (I believe the internet service provider was subpar). I ended up purchasing my own internet package.

Lovely house has all is needed for a great stay, also convertors for UK electric outlets (thank you Ivo!). The house is conveniently very close to sightseeings, metro station, coffee places and restaurants. I hope to get back soon!
