- Building amenities may have an extra cost
- A passport or ID number and an address have to be provided upon confirming the booking as per building regulations. In case a guest does not provide the above, the check in will be cancelled
- Our Pet Policy outlines the weight limit and breed restrictions (including certain Bull Terriers and any related breeds), along with related fees. Wild animals and hybrids, including wolf and coyote hybrids, snakes, ferrets, rabbits, are all prohibited. Please contact us for precise breed restrictions. Please note that a one-off non refundable fee (£500/pet) is applicable upon reservation. Failing to notify us of any pets prior to check-in will incur a penalty, and may result in denied check-in. Supporting documents (ie. vaccinations) may be required
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking remotes, charges will apply
- I reserve the right to enter and inspect the apartment or to show the apartment to a potential tenant any day of the week between 9 am and 6 pm as long as the tenant has been informed via email at least one day in advance
- A non-smoking policy applies to both indoor and outdoor areas of this unit and building. The guests may be liable for violations, which may result in cleaning costs, and should inform us of any smoke damage from neighbors
- Guests assume full responsibility for accidents, injuries, and illnesses that occur on the premises and may choose to take out personal liability insurance to cover such cases
- At check-out, the guest is to vacate the unit, parking, and storage, while leaving keys and furnishings in the same condition as at check-in, minus reasonable wear and tear. I may enter the home past check-out to remove all remaining personal belongings, with the guest liable to pay (i) two times the monthly rent, (ii) damages sustained, and (iii) cost recovery and attorney fees
- I may relocate the guest to a comparable unit in case of building maintenance or natural disaster. The guest has the right to cancel the booking at that point and receive a refund of the pro-rated guest fees (while releasing me from any further costs). If a guest requests a relocation, the prevailing rent, utility fees, and other guest fees for the new unit apply. If the request is made with less than 30 days’ notice, a Relocation Fee of $1,500 will also apply
