The space
Guests have two spacious double bedrooms (the living room that can be used as 3rd bedroom), with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine (with dryer) if they wish to use so.Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 9 adults. 2 people in each bed, 2 people on the convertible sofa bed and one person can sleep on a convertible futon for one.

* Please note that due to the apartment proximity to public transportation there might be higher noise levels.** Please note that A/C is extremely rare in London and the unit does not offer A/C. Cooling fans can be provided for additional guest comfort.
**Please note: the building has elevator but occasionally it malfunctions. In the rare case which when this happens you agree you are not entitled to a refund.
The elevator's maximum capacity is 3 people with 3 suitcases.

- Important Notes:- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, and new lock if keys are lost.
- Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or a slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Elevator might malfunction and in the unlikely event it is not working I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

Located steps from Vauxhall tube station, which was very convenient for getting around London. Ivo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything.
Great place for a big group. Right next to the tube and bus which was really useful.

Tout c'est très bien passé pendant ce week-end entre amis. Bémol pour le lit de la chambre principal dont le sommier est à changer et le lit d'appoint qui n'est pas confortable mais a le mérite d'être là.
The apartment was ideally located and close to Vauxhall tube station. It accommodated our large family really well and there was plenty of space. Alexander was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back.
Great space for our big family and convenient location to public transportation. A bottle of water, lemonade and coffee pods were left for us and was a very nice , extra gesture to help us ease into our arrival.
House was spacious and neat. Easy to travel around London as it is located beside train, bus and underground rail interchange. Has supermarkets and a food hall downstairs for food.

Communication was easy and fast with Alexander. It's located right next to an Underground station which makes it fast and easy to travel everywhere in the city. Great place for large groups!

Lugar muy bien comunicado. Con metro, tren y autobús en la puerta de la casa. Apartamento limpio y con todas las facilidades para pasar unos días en Londres.
Everything as described and had a lot of amnesties. Sadly no flexibility on check in and check out times. The elevator broke while we were there and wasn’t fixed before we left.
It was a short holiday spent at Ivo’s place but it was a great and comfortable one.
Alexander was a wonderful host and the apartment worked perfectly for my family of six. You are steps away from amazing restaurants, night life, a supermarket, trains and buses. You will find everything you need in this cozy apartment.
