The space
This spacious 2 real bedroom apartment (the living room can be used as a 3rd bedroom) is placed in one of the best locations in London, Just 1 minute from Vauxhall station. Couple minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.Guests have two spacious double bedrooms (again the living room is used as a third bedroom) with ample storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and dryer if they wish to use so.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 9 adults. 2 people in each bed, 2 people on the convertible sofa bed and one person on a couch in one of the bedrooms.

- Important Notes:- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or a slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Elevator might malfunction and in the unlikely event it is not working I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

Alex is a very kind host and his accommodation is fantastic! Me and my friends, seven people got a wonderful experience there!
The rooms are so modern. We have 7 people staying and it is really comfortable for all of us. And it is right next to the metro station so that it is super convenient to go to all the places.
Perfect place for sightseeing London!!
Easily access to use bus&underground(subway).
Also, great place to stay for family.

Could not have hoped for a better place in London. The location was pretty much central London close to a large bus station and underground subways. The house was large and clean.
The location was great, walking distance from all the main attractions and right next to the underground and a lot of buses! The house was very comfortable for all of us.

2 full baths and 2 nice bedrooms was great for our family of 5. The location was super close to the bus and Tube station. Alex did a great job making sure everything was ready.

Tout c'est très bien passé pendant ce week-end entre amis. Bémol pour le lit de la chambre principal dont le sommier est à changer et le lit d'appoint qui n'est pas confortable mais a le mérite d'être là.
The apartment was ideally located and close to Vauxhall tube station. It accommodated our large family really well and there was plenty of space. Alexander was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back.
Great space for our big family and convenient location to public transportation. A bottle of water, lemonade and coffee pods were left for us and was a very nice , extra gesture to help us ease into our arrival.
House was spacious and neat. Easy to travel around London as it is located beside train, bus and underground rail interchange. Has supermarkets and a food hall downstairs for food.

Communication was easy and fast with Alexander. It's located right next to an Underground station which makes it fast and easy to travel everywhere in the city. Great place for large groups!

Everything as described and had a lot of amnesties. Sadly no flexibility on check in and check out times. The elevator broke while we were there and wasn’t fixed before we left.
It was a short holiday spent at Ivo’s place but it was a great and comfortable one.
Alexander was a wonderful host and the apartment worked perfectly for my family of six. You are steps away from amazing restaurants, night life, a supermarket, trains and buses. You will find everything you need in this cozy apartment.
