This vast 3 real bedroom James Bond Penthouse is right across the MI6 central. It offers a stunning terrace with 360 view and overlooking the River Thames. 1 minute from Vauxhall tube station. It's also close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The apartment is good for big groups, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 11 guests maximum.

The space

Guests have three spacious double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. One of the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine (with dryer) if they wish to use so.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 11 adults. 6 people in the bedrooms and the living room offers a double bed plus a very comfortable convertible sofa bed perfect for two people and a convertible armchair.

- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or a slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Elevator might malfunction and in the unlikely event it is not working I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

Really nice location, close to trains and the tube. Walking distance to waitrose, tesco and sainsbury. Excellent facilities in the apartment, the rooftop was the cherry on top!

The place is as per the pictures. It is very well kept nice clean and spacious. Location is just perfect right opposite to trains And bus station for those looking for easy commute. The host is very prompt in response to any queries. I had a very nice and comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.

Me and my big family with total of 11 people had a very pleasant stay at Sibylle’s place. She is such an amazing host I can reach to. Very responsive and helpful. And we got all the information we required in detail. We got almost everything we need. My mom did a lot of cooking and could not ask for more as all the equipments are complete :) The space is clean and very comfort. A little problem with the wi-fi but it was settled perfectly. The location is just across the bus and train station so it is very easy for us to go anywhere. Once again, thank you so much Sibylle. Will definitely recommend your place.

Great location just opp Vauxhall’s bus station with a loading bay very close by. Apartment is very handy as it’s close to all major attractions. Sibylle used to reply instantly to any questions before and after booking. Highly recommend anyone travelling to London with a large group

This lovely penthouse flat in what looks to be a rapidly changing area is right by the Tube. Couldn't be more convenient to the easiest, cheapest way to get around the city(bar rush hour queues). We were met by an employee who answered our questions about how to operate in the flat, who provided some adapters in case we hadn't been fully prepared, and wished a good stay. It is 10 tube stops and a line transfer from most tourist sites so very very convenient. Also, within 2 blocks, there is a Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and a Tesco Express versions.

We stayed here recently for a weekend away. There were 11 adults & the apartment was perfect. The proximity to central London & transport links is perfect. Apartment is so spacious & access to lovely rooftop terrace. Apartment was well equipped, although we didn’t cook much. Pleasure to deal with the host also, very responsive.

Alojamiento muy bueno. Situación excelente. Comunicación genial. Todo correcto excepto una cosa. El ascensor no funcionó en toda nuestra estancia. 5 pisos con maletas...un coñazo. No entiendo como en una semana no pudieron arreglar el ascensor. Piso recomendable para todo aquel que quiera disfrutar de Londres. Boca de metro al lado y estación de autobuses en frente. Perfecto.

Great stay, Sibylle goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. The most important thing, it was stress free because she gave me clear instructions, responded quickly any questions and had amenities so that I could just walk in and have a nice cup of tea.

Alojamiento recomendable, casa amplia y con una buena anfitriona, siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Comunicación con todas las zonas de Londres, ya que está en frente de una estación de bus y una boca de metro. Muy cerca hay un mercado de puestos de comida de diferentes culturas y varios supermercados. Lo negativo es que tuvimos es que hubo que esperar a que terminaran de limpiar, la casa necesita algo de mantenimiento y no hay flexibilidad con los horarios.

Nous avons loué ce penthouse à 10 personnes dont 6 enfants pour 5 jours. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal notamment grâce à la ligne de métro à proximité, point de départ de nombreux sites touristiques. Sibylle est une hôte très réactive. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Pour les personnes n'aimant pas le bruit, il faut savoir que le quartier est vivant en terme de circulation. Il me semble important de le préciser. Enfin, comme j'ai pu l'évoquer avec Sybille, certains équipements nécessitent d'être changé (comme la literie par exemple) car l'appartement a un potentiel énorme et mériterait avec quelques améliorations une note de 5 sur 5.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabrina’s apartment — the location was absolutely perfect for exploring London, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. During our visit, the elevator was unfortunately out of service, which made accessing the 5th-floor apartment a bit challenging, especially with kids and luggage. A few items in the apartment, such as the blinds and door handles, are showing some wear and could benefit from a refresh to make the space even better. That said, the apartment had everything we needed, and we had a great time overall. With a few updates, it would be a fantastic place to stay again!

Unterkunft liegt super zentral. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man z.B. am Buckingham Palace. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn mit Blick auf die Skyline von New York. Durch die doch recht zentrale Lage hört man zwar den Verkehr, was uns aber in keinster Weise gestört hat. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Wer zu Fuß nicht so gut ist, sollte sich vorher überlegen, ob er die Treppen in den 5. Stock schafft, das bei uns der Fahrstuhl kaputt war. Wir waren zu sechst und haben es in der Unterkunft sehr gut ausgehalten.

Our favorite thing about this apartment was its location proximity to all of the major bus lines and the tube station. We literally walked right out our front door and onto whatever bus line we needed, or down into the tube station. That made anywhere we needed to go really convenient. Also, there are 3 little grocery stores on the block so we were able to find everything we needed right there. The elevator was really nice to have with all of our luggage and children . The building was quiet. The noise from the Metro and the buses could be heard from inside, but that did not bother us.

Just a few mins walk from Vauxhall tube, the accommodation was easy to find. The flat was clean and bright, very spacious and included everything a family of 7 needed as a base for exploring London for 2 nights. Sabina responded quickly and was helpful with info such as local bag drops. Waitrose local just a few doors down handy for essentials or snacks. Glimpse of the River Thames through north facing windows. We were soon whizzing round London like city pros! I’d recommend the TFL app for working out the tube. We used the Big Bus for hop on hop off. Use multi buy tickets for attractions. If we had to be picky, there were a few decor snags and the cords on the blinds would not be safe for small children. But this didn’t bother us at all. The only downside was the lift was out of order, and 5 floors was quite a challenge, especially as two in our group have heart conditions. It was still out of order when we left. Clearly not the hosts fault but just a note.

The size of 11 persons was nice and the local bus or tube transportation was the best Vauxhall station. The kitchen area and things was great. For the masters bathroom, need or fix the shower head lots of water will be wasted because of a loosen shower rod. Caulk the open holes in the bathroom so the pest(ant) won't go in. The pest control was scheduled while we were there. After that there are still ants in the kitchen. Overall the place is great for 11 persons. Need to fix the front main keypad door.Luckily there are spare keys given to guest.

Sabrina was incredibly helpful! on an emergency booking she was able to accommodate us (party of 6) with an early bag drop & very clear instructions that made a very difficult situation into a breeze! now the place, impeccable! very spacious, well kept, sweeping views, tremendous location in terms of accessibility to public transportation. the only regret is that we didn't stay here for our entire london stay! you have an incredible place here with an even more incredible host! definitely will be returning. thank you for making it so easy for such a big party!

Sabina's place is in a great location, close to the tube station which takes you directly to Kings cross. It is spacious, and was perfect for a group of 5 ladies wanting to get a good night's sleep, a good shower and a space to chat and eat nibbles and drink wine. Would definitely recommend.

This flat offered lots of space and beds which is often difficult to find! The flat was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. There’s a Little Waitrose just down the street for groceries and the tube is a couple minutes away. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The location is great, you can reach quickly any part of the city. Everything you need is just in front of the building: buses, subway and trains. You also have a nice food market at 2 minutes walking distance and also a couple of supermarkets. The apartment is spacious, clean, with a lot of beds and has a great view from the living and also a cool terrace on top of the building which you can enjoy. Great price compared to other accommodations in the area. Recommend

This is a great place for a larger group and pretty much on top of Vauxhall station. The proximity to the station makes it a very nice location despite being in the south side of the Thames. Checking was easy, and Sabina was a good communicator. The place is great overall, and everything worked. It could use some maintenance tho, as there are several little things that could use attention (carpet was kinda gross, main shower head in master bath broken etc). Furniture, bedding, sheets etc were all pretty low quality (and some needed repair) but the price was fair for the beds/bath count and location IMO. Overall we would stay again.

The location of this Airbnb was really top notch. It is located near a trendy food court, Vauxhall underground, and a nearby local coffee shop. We had some issues with the water heater and the host promptly resolved the issues and was incredibly communicative the whole time . I will say the only things you need to take in account when considering this place is the elevator was out of order our entire stay so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs which became a little arduous after exploring London. The bathroom in the principal room has a very high tub that was a little cumbersome for someone like me to get into because I’m short. These are items that the Airbnb has no control over but that one should consider before booking. Overall we had a magical trip and this Airbnb was a reason for it. We will definitely be rebooking this place in the future!

Este lugar es ideal por la posibilidad de transporte accesible (línea de Vauxhall al frente del lugar) lo que permite movilizarse con mucha facilidad. El vecindario es tranquilo. Muchos restaurantes accesibles y supermercados alrededor. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y amplio, la cocina muy agradable, con lo básico para hacer algo de comida rápida o café. Lo único inadecuado del lugar: el ascensor no servía y el lugar es un quinto o sexto piso. Si vas con valijas pesadas, o personas mayores (como nosotros) es un desafío, porque es muy exigente físicamente. Lo otro es que el calentador de agua dejó de funcionar al segundo día y desde ese momento, agua fría. A pesar de estas dos situaciones, el lugar es bastante conveniente, pero si son opciones necesarias para quien desee este excelente lugar con muy buena ubicación, verificar primero con Sabinne.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und da waren die 3 Schlafzimmer und Küchenausstattung absolut ideal. Herausragend ist wirklich die gute Anbindung- alles ist sehr gut erreichbar. Der Aufzug funktionierte kein einziges Mal, was ich hier nicht in die Bewertung einfließen lasse - wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden- aber 5.Stock ohne Aufzug ist zumindest womit zu rechnen ist. Die Rückmeldung kam immer blitzschnell und wir liebten den Nespresso Café! In der selben Straße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, super praktisch. Danke!

Apart from the lift not working for the initial couple of days everything else was just perfect and as described. The lift started working on our 3rd day staying there so everything just worked out fine from there on. No fault of Sabrina's with the lift situation though. We had a great time in London with our family and the location was just perfect. The apartment itself was more than adequate for our needs and there were many options for public transport right at our doorstep so the location is a big tick! All in all a very nice place to spend a few days in London and very central to all the attractions.

Everything was fine. Good location and nice apartment. Some more cutlery would be acknowledged and courtains in all windows to avoid early light. We only had an incidence when leaving cause we got stucked for an hour on the lift and Sabina and team could not help much. All in all nice apartment to enjoy London!

A great space for a larger family or group! 3 bedrooms all with double or larger beds, plus 3 more beds (2 doubles and 1 single) in the lounge area. Large lounge area, well equipped kitchen, great sized space for central London! Loved our stay, and it was very last minute too! Great responsiveness by the host. Right near Vauxhall tube and rail, so easy to get around, plus can just walk along the Thames and you're at Big Ben in 20-30 minutes on foot!

The house is placed in a great central area, at 2-3 minutes walking from the bus, train and underground station. The rooms were spacious and cozy and the host provided us with enough ameneties for our entire stay. You can easily reach anywhere in central London in 20 minutes and the area is calmer than most of the central areas which is great for both groups of friends and family. The only problem we had was in the living room where there was nothing covering a big round window, so we had to improvise a bit to cover this window. This will only be an inconvience in big groups. I will definitely consider this place again when searching for rooms in London.

Sibylle war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hatte uns auch 2 Adapter zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage und ist nahe an einer U-Bahn Station sowie Bushaltestation. Der Ausblick war genial. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass wir mit kleinen Ameisen zu kämpfen hatten.. Ansonsten war alles top

We recently stayed at this London apartment and it was wonderful! As a family of six, we appreciated the ample space and the cleanliness of the apartment. The highlight was definitely the location, right in the heart of the city, making sightseeing and getting around extremely convenient. The beds were comfortable and ensured a good rest for all of us. This place was perfect for our family and made our London trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien pour les différents transport. Il est très bien situé. L’appartement est au 5ème étage et L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. C’est dommage.. Un peu bruyant la nuit surtout le samedi soir. Appartement très grand, idéal pour 11 personnes, les chambres sont très grandes avec 2 salles de bain.

The location is perfect to visit London since it is front of a bus and subway station and a walking distance from some of the main attractions. The appartment is really nice and is exactly as shown in the photos. The only thing that caused some difficulties was the fact that the lift was broken and the appartment is on the 5th floor and so we had to go up by stairs with all the luggage and all of the kids. If we go back we will contact Diana for sure.

Best location!! You can just walk to the heart of the city from there (and the subway is right on the corner). It is a very good place if you are coming with a big group of people, we were nine and it was perfect for us.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Diana’s. There was so much room and it was very clean, tidy, and so close to the underground station. There was also a small grocery store that was very convenient as well as a Market place with a very fun vibe and lots of food options for us all. The lift made it easy to get our luggage to the room. Diana was very responsive. I would 100% recommend it!

Although the apartment was nice and close to a bus stop to get anywhere in London, we had to wait to check in because the cleaner was not done cleaning. This was quite inconvenient and we didn’t even get the apartment mopped because we just wanted to relax and the cleaner to leave. A cleaning fee so high and it can’t even be done in a timely manner. The price is extraordinarily high if you stay just for a weekend. There was no exceptions to any late checkout (for such a price). Lovely place but might as well get a hotel. Communication was OK but the host kept calling me Diana, and that is very clearly not my name.

Diana was a great host, very responsive and helpful from the start. The place was clean, well equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes and fans provided on request. The place itself is conveniently located for public transport and also just outside the congestion zone in case you drive in. Lots of supermarkets and eat outs in the area. I would definitely revisit in future, and highly recommend this place. Thanks Diana!

This place was all about location and space. It was right in front of the bus station and was walking distance to some of the key sights. A bit tricky for car hires though so if you have seniors who cant walk even short distances, like we did, this may not be the right place for you. While the flat was described well, this place is in need of better cleaning and perhaps some minor adjustments - for example towel hooks in the bathrooms and mirrors. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Great stay in London for our party of 10. Location is great, subway right around the corner, buses right there. One of the other reviewers mentioned that the home was a bit more worn than in the photos and I have to agree with that. I was glad for that reviewer because I was expecting it and therefore wasn’t disappointed. It was nice, just not as fresh as the photos. The bathtub in the master is fabulous. I enjoyed my bath each night. We had plenty of space, and everything we needed. Factoring in the cost, location, amenities and the fact that this apartment sleeps 11, I recommend this for a big party.

O local acomoda bem 8 pessoas, é confortável, tem toda a estrutura necessária, a localização é muito estratégica pois é do lado de uma estação de metrô e ônibus. Em 20min você está nas principais atrações. Há um mercado bem completo na mesma rua e um hall de restaurantes (boxes) com comidas de vários países logo na rua de trás. Diana responde muito rápido e com muita cordialidade.

Very satisfied with the accommodation. Very close to various modes of transport which makes it so much easier to get around. The rooms are spacious so with such a large group (+ 7 adults) , we did not feel cramp at all. By far, the best accommodation I have been in years. Would stay again.

Diana is such a great host and the place was lovely! The place is easily accessible (very close to Vauxhall tube station). Diana provided us with very clear instructions on how to get to the place. The place was spacious: three bedrooms with double beds and the living room has three additional beds, if needed. Despite its central location, the place is quiet. I definitely recommend the place. I had a wonderful weekend in London with my three teenage kids. The apartment is 200m from the tube and mainline railway stations, and right next to the bus station. Small supermarkets are within a minute of the front door, and a huge climbing gym is right around the corner. All very close to the city centre. Diana was very helpful when I booked the apartment and communication was rapid and clear throughout.

We had a nice stay at Diana’s home. There were 11 of us and we had enough space. Diana was always responsive and helpful. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. The place is not as pristine as it looks in pictures and I thought there was a balcony attached to the home (it is actually a rooftop up the stairs). The home is quiet but you can hear the bus from outside. It is in a good location but if you are using Uber it can be a little tricky to get picked up/dropped off. However, overall we were happy and satisfied with our stay. Thank you again!

Location, location, location! This place is beautiful with views of the River Thames. Diana gave impeccable instructions on how to find the space and enter the bnb. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. One small note, if you plan to wash clothes, the unit is an all-in-one washer/dryer combo - these seem to operate a bit differently than a typical washer/dryer... make sure you know how to use it! Lovely space, great communication from host. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for a weekend in Vauxhall. The space was large, private and provided all the amenities needed for the 6 of us. Close to transportation, grocery store and a large food hall. If you’re looking for a great home base for your group during a visit, this place is recommended. We would definitely look at staying here again on future group trips to London.

Un buen alojamiento en el sector de VAHUX a una cuadra del metro / tren, fácil conexión con la estacion St Pancras para el aeropuerto y estación de Eurostar / es un Quinto piso, con tres habitaciones, muy cómodo …. Me encanto los detalles que nos dio al llegar … tuvimos café, agua, leche, Coke…. Ahh cargadores tipo europeo (muy importantes para los latinos) Queda por mejorar el aseo de ventanas, la alfombra se ve poco higiénica.

Diana was a great host. The apartment was very clean and was spacious for our group of 10 people. The location is very convenient, considering bus stop and train station. Diana helped us with finding a place to drop off our bags at a nearby location because the check in time didn’t match with our flight landing time. Early flexible check in would’ve been great for us but we understand rules and the fact that cleaning takes time too. The apartment kitchen and the house overall was well equipped. We only struggled to find dishwasher pods, kitchen rolls and additional toilet papers when they got over in the apartment. It was a basic amenity and considering 10 people stayed here for 3 days, it would’ve been super helpful if these things were readily available but the supermarket was really close so it wasn’t a big hassle for us to get these things from there. Diana also provided us with fans for each room. It was definitely a hot time when we visited London, but fans helped us survive. :)
