The space

Guests have two spacious double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. One of the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing(and dryer) machine if they wish to use so.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 8 adults. 4 people in the bedrooms and the living room offers a two very comfortable convertible sofa beds perfect for two people.

- Stove top, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section
- Iron & ironing board
- TV with approximately 20 channels
- Linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays

You will have the apartment for yourselves but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Other things to note

The flat contains all the basic things that you need for your stay - hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.

** Please note that A/C is extremely rare in London and the unit does not offer A/C. Cooling fans can be provided for additional guest comfort.

House Rules

- - Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £100. Thank you.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment, including balconies. A penalty of £120 will apply for any violation of this rule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. Spacious bedrooms and lovely modern kitchen with all the amenities. The tube station is super close and a lovely area to explore. The flat was very warm and cosy. I will definitely stay again when i am in London. Thank you.

¡Maravillosa estancia! hemos ido tres días dos familias de viaje a Londres y tengo claro que repetiremos y aconsejaremos a amigos. Buscábamos un lugar cerca de alguna parada metro y que estuviera en la zona uno o dos, para no alejarnos mucho del centro. La casa está literalmente enfrente de la parada de metro, que está dentro de una zona comercial con cafeterías, cine, restaurante y un supermercado. El barrio es monísimo y muy familiar. Y la casa es identifica a las fotos, cocina pequeña pero muy completa y suficiente. salón grande con dos sofás camas muy cómodos, dos dormitorios y dos baños. En Londres todas las casas son súper pequeñas y carísimas y la de Alexander está genial. Lo único "malo" es que es un segundo piso sin ascensor y entrada estrecha, algo habitual en Londres pero que yendo con niños y carros es complejo, aún así no nos a supuesto inconvenientes. De verdad que repetiré sin dudarlo. Ahhh!! y Alexander es encantador! siempre responde la momento. Gracias ?

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. It was a perfect location for seeing the London sights, the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall were only 2 stops on the Underground, from Fulham Broadway to South Kensington. Fulham is really nice area to be in with loads of amenities with 3 min walk. Apartment was very clean and suited us perfectly. There were 7 of us who stayed. Enjoyed the stay very much and we all said we would use it again in the future when coming to London.

Casa super consigliat, facilissimo raggiungere tutti i posti perché la metro a due passi. Lì c'è anche un supermercato e tanti bar per un ottima colazione. Casa pulitissima e super comoda, noi eravamo in 8. Sabina eccellente, siamo arrivati alle 3 di notte e avevamo un problema che , anche a quell'ora, ha risolto. Veramente soddisfatta. Complimenti.

Very accessible to the tube, restaurants and shops. We stayed for a week. Would be nicer if there were more pans and pots, other than that it was great :)

Appartement conforme à la description. Confortable, 8 couchages. 2 chambres très bien et 2 salles de bain. Les 4 autres couchages sont des canapés dans le salon. Bien que confortable, le salon donne sur un carrefour très bruyant même la nuit. L'avantage est que l'appartement est très proche des transports et bien situé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons apprécié la mise à disposition a d'un peu de café et du jus de fruits à notre arrivée. Au global, nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Sabina.

Deborah foi uma anfitria fantastica, super solicita, rapida nas respostas e extremamente educada e todas as nossas conversas. Facilitou nosso checkin e foi super flexivel. The apartment is in a great location. It worked out really well for us as a family. The underground is across the road and there are plenty of shops located close by. We had trouble getting in when we arrived as we were given the wrong code. In fairness to Sabina she responded very quickly to messages at 1.30am and got it sorted as quickly as she could. We recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Very comfortable few days stay at Sabina's flat. Sabina was extremely prompt in all communications and instructions were very clear. Very nice, spacious, clean and airy flat close to all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and fresh. Great option - Thank you!.

This flat was convenient, clean and comfortable! I will be coming back to London and I will be renting this place again. It is no wonder that Sabina is a super host and that this location is a guest favorite.

Ottima posizione, adatto a due famiglie vista la Presenza di due bagni. Le camere sono silenziose perché hanno le finestre retrostanti, un po’ meno silenzioso e’ il soggiorno dove ci sono i due divani letto perché ha le finestre sull’incrocio ma con le finestre chiuse e’ sopportabile. La zona è’ molto servita sia per la vicinanza alla tube che per le attività commerciali.

El alojamiento es tal y como se describe. Limpio y cuidado, con una cocina bastante completa con todo lo necesario. La ubicación excelente, a pocos pasos de la estación de metro. Sabina responde rápido y es atenta y amable. Nos dejó algún detalle como zumo y café. Volvería a repetir en este alojamiento.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone nell' appartamento di Alexander, gli spazi erano adeguati e corrispondono alla descrizione. Cucina abbastanza piccola ma ben attrezzata, grande frigorifero. Nel complesso appartamento pulito e ben arredato. La zona non è proprio turistica, ma la fermata della metropolitana (linea verde Direct) è a 1 minuto a piedi, inoltre a pochi metri dall' appartamento ci sono diversi ristoranti anche da asporto (buonissima la pizza da Zia Lucia a 50 metri). Sono molto soddisfatto della zona e dell' appartamento. Alexander è stato un host molto gentile e rapidissimo nelle risposte.

We had a good stay in Fulham. The place looks like the pictures. The location is great as it is right near the Fulham Broadway station. Sabina/Alexander were very responsive and great hosts. Our one gripe would be that the apartment is on the second floor with no lift, which is not mentioned in the listing. The hallway is tight and can be difficult if you have many bags. The space was enough for my wife and I with our two sons, but I could see it being a bit tight for any more. Overall a good place to stay.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die ihr Geld wirklich wert ist. Wir waren mit insgesamt acht Personen in der Wohnung und sind sehr gut zurecht gekommen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, zwei Badezimmer bei der Anzahl der Person sind sehr praktisch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man ist in 3 Minutenzu Fuß an der U-Bahn Station. Sabina war stets gut erreichbar und er hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt.

Alex was always helpful and responsive from the time we booked on and throughout our stay. The flat is exceptionally comfortable and in a great location. We had planned on mainly using the tube (Fulham Broadway station) and buses to get to the office and conference venue, the station and bus stop were a 2-min walk from the flat. The Circle line was not in service for 3 days whilst we were there but the bus option made it as convenient to get around. It was a nice surprise to be close to the Chelsea Football Club and share the vibe of a couple of matches. Overall, it was a great stay and we would book on again.

Alojamiento bastante bien ubicado a pocos metros de la estacion de Fulham Broadwey. Bastabte cómodo para 8 personas. La cama que está en el salón pegada a la ventana era incómoda, el resto estaba bien. En general, todo ordenado y limpio. Alexander respondía súper rápido y de forma agradable, cualquier duda que tenía me la resolvía sin problemas. 100% recomendado.

Ev sahibi Alexander kendisi hızlı yanıt verdi. Evin konumu gerçekten mükemmeldi. Otobüs metro ve über için harika konum. Sabahları yürümek için çok idealdi. Yemek için sayısız seçenek var. Marketler heryerde ve yakın. Eve giriş için anahtar kilit sorunu olduğu söyleniyordu ama hiç bir sorun olmadan içeri girdik banyo mutfak çok temizdi çarşaf ve havlular temizdi. Evin mutfak ve salondan hareketli cadde görünüyordu. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

We had a wonderful stay at Fulham Broadway. Alexander was a very kind and friendly host. He communicated with us immediately and the flat was super clean and quiet. We stayed there with 8 people for almost a week but really enjoyed the time being there. The high quality of the furniture, the comfortable beds, the clean bathroom and the well-equipped kitchen made us feel at home immediately. Also, it is located in a very nice area and all the highlights of London are close by. I will book this place again if I am again in London and I can highly recommend it to other guests.

Besides not being able to drop off our luggage prior to check-in, as listed, we really enjoyed our stay at Alexander’s place. The proximity to public transportation made getting into the city easy and fairly quick. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the apartment was clean and big enough for our two families - 8 people total. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay here! I had a last minute booking and was in search for a place to stay when my plans fell through and Sibylle responded to me within minutes. The flat is super spacious and has everything you could need and more. Lots to do in the area and it well connected to the tube. I would definitely have extended if possible but will return in the future. Thank you again for being so accommodating throughout my stay!

L’appartement d’Alexander est très confortable, très bien équipé et très bien situé à proximité d’une station de métro et de bus, idéal pour rayonner sur Londres. Et pour les amateurs/trices de football le stade de Stamford Bridge est situé à 200m. Je recommande l’appartement d’Alexander.

We highly recommend this location! Alexander was a wonderful and friendly host. He was quick to respond to any questions. The home was very clean and nice with fresh linen and plenty of towels. It is conveniently located close to Fulham Broadway station, only a minute walk. We were easily able to see all major London attractions via this easy access. There’s a grocery store, an amazing bakery and many restaurants walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Alexander!

We stayed at Alexander's place after our other flat had plumbing issues and required us to vacate. He was quick to respond and provided the accommodations at a moments notice. It appeared that his flat had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. It is centrally located and very convenient to the Fulham Broadway tube station and all of the pubs and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend his flat for your stay!
